Devices you can't prove you own
We verify ownership before buying — MyKad or passport, and company documentation for corporate sellers. This protects you, the next owner and us.

Devices with unclear or disputed history
Anything reported lost or stolen, or where ownership looks uncertain. Suspicious cases are declined — no exceptions.

Company devices still under MDM
Corporate devices need an authorised release from the managing organisation before they can be sold.
Physical damage is not on this list. Cracked screens, dead batteries, water damage and non-booting devices are all still bought — they are a price factor, not a refusal.
